BEWARE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! They accepted my credit card payment and then, a week before my trip, they sent me an email saying that my card was declined. I went to the website and tried 3 DIFFERENT credit cards. None of them would go through. I checked the hotel and it was "sold out". I called their customer service and after waiting for 40 minutes, someone tried to charge the cards again over the phone but was "unsuccessful". I was on the phone for an hour. I had an extra day to figure it out before they would cancel. I told the person on the phone that this sounded like they overbooked the hotel and now they're not giving me access to pay... within a minute, while still on the phone, I got an email stating that my booking had been canceled and that I had done it "on the day of my booking" (3 weeks ago); I asked for a supervisor but none were available. The guy on the phone said that the website "automatically" cancelled my reservation due to lack of payment. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
