Impossible to cancel a subscription I never wanted
Scam. For almost a year I have been trying to cancel a subscription that I never wanted. Today alone I have tried almost 10 times to cancel utilizing email, the app, and the website. They are still giving me excuses on why they will not cancel it. I have repeatedly asked for a refund.
