I was already an e-bike owner, but wanted a bike more suited to touring with the ability to tackle gravel, lanes etc., I had already decided what I was looking for, explained what I was looking for, and Martin showed me around and gave me alternative options, and under no pressure to buy I made my choice. Martin was great, welcoming and friendly, all in all a pleasant experience,
