I have opened an account with Benaughty dating wesite and got a 1 week membership for £4.19 and decided to cancel my membership after 1/2 days of signing up. Now i have try to cancel the membership so many times but I have still been charged for other 49.99£ which is clearly showing the fraud that I am facing at the present! This website won't cancel the repeat billing or won't close the account. I have also emailed benaughty letting them know about the issue and asked them to close my account and cancel any subscriptions with them. Still no answer. I still have no reply despite emailing them and calling them (the number does not work) and account active please help.
Recommendation: DO NOT SIGN UP with this website!! NOT EVEN TRY!
