Poor pathetic service Extremely disappointed with the service. My ticket was never booked, but the payment was still debited from my account. I have been following up for a refund, but so far there has been no clear resolution or assurance that anyone is actively handling the issue. This experience has been frustrating and stressful. Based on what I’ve experienced, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using their services. Customer support and issue resolution have been very disappointing.
