Terrible service and unreliable repairs The service has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish. I purchased a Drive Pro scooter, which spent more time being repaired than in use. When they finally replaced it, the issues didn’t stop. The shock absorber failed, and despite repeated visits, they either brought the wrong parts or canceled appointments with no explanation. Even after providing clear details, they still couldn’t get it right. My scooter has now been unusable for over 8 weeks. I would strongly advise against using this company due to their poor reliability and lack of professionalism.
