Absolute Rip-off I'm 73 and went to Medi Jeunesse (Medi Ermou) because my hair had been slowly getting thinner. I was guaranteed that I would see improvement with their treatment and was offered a special price for a package of 6 treatments. In my opinion the initial quote was ridiculous so the price was more than halved in order for me to believe I was getting a really good deal. It was just a matter of read light and little injections on my scalp. There was constant pressure to spend more money on treatment, so against my common sense I agreed to have facial treatment as it was presented as just little injections which I assumed were like the hair treatment. The doctor who did that was rather condescending and quite brutal, and I was left with bruising on my face and neck for weeks. When I asked for a refund for the facial package it was refused. To sum up, there was absolutely no improvement in my hair. The doctor who administered the hair injections was very nice but I felt totally manipulated by the other staff I dealt with. It was a terrible waste of over 1000 euros and I will never be going back. All I can say is that it's not always wise to believe that people are looking out for your best interests when business is concerned. You hope that people are genuine and honest, but you live and learn.
