Reason: Even though I returned the car in the same condition as when I rented it, they claimed there was damage (a forced lock) which was clearly already there before I used the vehicle. The car was already full of issues like damage, dents, scratches, etc. Result: I had to pay for damage that was already there (hundreds of euros). You decide what kind of people behave like that...
