NEW PATIENT NOT ACCEPTED
I needed a new Dr. and my sister recommended Dr Krosnof, I booked my appointment with the office and 3 times, the appointment has been cancelled, my appointment is now scheduled for June 19, not sure why this is happening!!!! Frustrating as heck, if you don't take new patient the website should indicate that. The person that calls to cancel the appointment and reschedule has no CLUE why this keeps happening....
