Excellent communication and efficient work I reached out asking to resolve a specific problem (which first needed diagnosing) which caused my car to fail its MOT. I received a reply almost immediately and was provided a quote and appointment. Communication was excellent, and after some efficient work, the problem was diagnosed and fixed. Not only that, because the work was completed quicker than expected, I was charged less than the initial quote. This was a relief as another garage quoted a ridiculous amount of money to replace parts which were fine, and not the cause of the problem. He also offered to show me exactly what the issue was and what was done to resolve it, which was some useful insight. The definition of a knowledgeable, fair, and trustworthy mechanic. Thanks again.
