Disappointed I got approved for a loan for a house, was in the last stage and ready to close. Everything went to underwriting and last minute they say I have too many debts! Not only that I have been calling them for 3 days now and NO answer. Oh and on top of all of it they didn't even call and tell me, they made my realtor. They told my realtor they called and told me the news but nope. Way to go! This mom's life of owning a home and having something for her kids was over at that moment.
