Excellence comes at a cost
We have two tankless water heaters and have always gone with Wills Plumbing, as they have provided excellent service and are professional to date. However, this year the cost doubled to over $1000 when last year was around $650 which is quite a steep increase for us… We likely will not be able afford your service anymore because we all have a breaking point and this is over our threshold - but thank you for the reminder calls once a year for Maintenence. Sad to depart ways but we cannot afford to stay!
