Watch their billing! I asked since the first day I walked in to please check my benefits and cost of each session. I was put in contact with their billing department and the front desk for weeks with them saying their were looking into it as I was doing my treatments. I asked several times for a cost of each session and was put off and told don't worry we will work with you. I was finally told that I only would pay 30% but what they don't tell you is they charge $120 per 15 minutes! So for an hour session 30% adds up quick. Here I am a new mom with already medical bills and I was given the bait and switch with now a huge medical bill that should have been disclosed since day one. I talked to the front desk who said she was sorry and would pass along the message, but the owner never gave me the time a day to call me. I called again as was told sorry, but nothing was done and now I am sitting here with my issues still unresolved and a HUGE bill. Such a bad way to do business.
