I am owed a significant amount of money but have been ignored despite multiple follow-ups. While I used to trust them when I began shopping three years ago, their customer service has severely declined as they’ve grown. It seems they no longer prioritize resolving issues. Be cautious if you think you might need to return something as it’s not reliable anymore. I’m now considering legal action.
