Bad Service, No call returns Not great service at all, very rude and they are dropping the ball fast. I have used them 3 times. The first time was expensive, but I had a repair that needed to happen, and the guy they sent to me was good. He even followed up afterwards. The second repair was less expensive, but the people they sent struggled. They tried, and they did an okay job. They replaced a valve, and when they were done, the soaker zone would not turn off until all zones were done. They couldn't figure out why, and spent hours troubleshooting. I told them it was fine and that I would just run the soaker zone way less, since it would now run the whole time. Then they called me an asked if I wanted an annual PM. I paid $150 for the PM and don't really know what they did. While they were here, there was a couple of sprinkler heads that I wanted capped, so I paid an addition $150 for that. I told the guy not to set the sprinkler time high and explained what happened during the second repair. They guy began to act as if I was expecting him to fix it. I told him that I didn't need him to do anything, that I just didn't want him to set a long time on the soaker zone. After he finished the PM he moved to capping the sprinkler heads, and I took my dog out for a walk. When I got back, he was done, and he said that he also looked at the valve that I told him about and that he believed that he knew the cause. He said management will give me a call so they can set up a time to correct the issue, free of charge. They never called me. Not that big of a deal. I then decided to place grass seeds on my yard, with hopes to create a thicker lawn. Afterwards I ran my irrigation and the back yard never turned on and I tried multiple times. I called the company and they were closed so I left a voice mail, but they never called me back. I learned that they had an afterhours phone and they said that you can text message that number. I did text that number and the person that received the message, happened to be the person that did the work. That person became defensive and kept saying that it worked when he left. He said he would tell management, but they never called. I told him I was watching troubleshooting videos, and he didn't even offer any suggestions. He stuck to his guns that it worked when he left. I solved the problem using YouTube, Google and AI. Since the afterhours guys was being rude to me, I sent him pictures of what I found and how I solved the problem. The flow control valve was completely closed. If they guy really watched the backyard run, he would have caught that. The minute I turned the flow control valve, the backyard zone started working again. I guess its time to find a new irrigation company to use.
