Coastal Strength & Fitness review (Denny Geary) I’ve been to a bunch of different gyms, and I can honestly say I prefer Coastal to all of them! I’ve been coming for about four months, and I’ve learned a great deal from the staff, who are all incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I really appreciate the emphasis on accountability, and on enjoying your workout. All that coupled with a fantastic and welcoming community of clients. I have recommended Coastal Strength & Fitness to my family, friends, and coworkers, and I will happily continue to do so!
