Don't Even think of buying one of their vans you will regret it Would not recommend.These people are disgusting they are happy to take your money but when it comes to warranty they throw you under the bus.They don not supply parts for any of there vans hence why they Don't support your warranty Claims.Here's the proof! Do this yourself call up C.I.L Australia's largest caravan insurer ask them to insure your Star vision they will tell we don't insure them. Why? because Star Vision won't supply parts. there it is ..Star Vision will not tell you this because they want to make sales.Keep in mind other insurance company will insure them but once they cannot get parts they will write you new van off.i know this because i run a Star vision group in Facebook with over 80+ Members and i hear the same story all the time. Not to mention own a star vision 13ft van and have had nothing but problems with and Star vision rejected every warranty claim i made. The van i bought was not fit for purpose and was made worse by there dealer who has since gone under.T he van was sold to us new with no smoke alarm cracked kitchen counter top scratched and dented drawers and then a massive crack in the pull out aluminum pantry then the dealer shorted out the power management system leaving us with van that was unusable Contacted Star Vision who basically gave us the finger. Civil court action is up next for them
