We regret the difficulties you've encountered, Mellissa. However, as discussed with you and your attorney, they should have given you the documents needed in order for your evaluation to be accepted by the court. You signed up for a same day rush turnaround as you had court the next morning. During this evaluation you were advised what documents we would need for the evaluation to be acceptable. You then requested we complete the evaluation regardless so that you would be in compliance for court the following day. We did what you requested. Then, after your court date, the evaluation was not accepted due to exactly the reasons you were told. You then sent erratic, hateful emails calling us a scam, thieves, etc. We worked with you even after your very unprofessional behavior and hateful attitude. We asked you to provide the necessary documents so that the report could be revised. You refused and demanded a complete refund. The fact that you waited to get your evaluation completed less than 24 hours before it was due, your legal advisors did not provide the documents they knew your evaluator would need, that you told us to move forward with the evaluation even after you were advised of what we needed, then your hateful tantrums on top of all of this is on you. We tried very hard to work with you and create a positive outcome. Positive outcomes are why we have so many positive reviews. We are here to help people. You, however, were completely unprepared, inappropriate, unhinged, and incredibly difficult to work with. Nevertheless, we wish you the best in life and hope things get better for you.
