Don't waste your time
Not worth the time or frustration, I wasted time building almost to the £10 credit threshold only to have my account put on hold after my phone died midgame, literally that's all that changed and I've read the terms I've apparently violated, nothing relevant, and as you can see despite asking and making it clear I want a follow up with details, they're not willing or able to confirm what the system has detected, so no way to prove myself nor for them to prove I'm in the wrong, but they've made their money from me and others and reneged on the agreement we shared when downloading and playing an app under the most plays app recommendation and terms. If there is a class action, I'd like to be involved too, sick of business models based on false promise, even if they're doing it to a percentage of genuine customers, it's scam tactics, and the supposed 'appeals' process is false and to placate at best. You can hope you're a lucky one but I did nothing wrong and I'm nothing but frustrated with it. Either they are a scam with great marketing or their customer service and practice are total trash
