Gift card instead of money
I bought a necklace which was defekt. Wanted an exchange but what they do. They delayed the whole process and cancelled the return order and gave me a gift card. I needed the money back but they said it's not possible. How is it not possible when I was not the one at fault. I'm stucked with a gift card. What kind of a company is this. Anyone should be careful when buying something from them.
