Avoid Avoid Avoid My partner booked this lot online, be wary of doing this as you are accepting hidden astronomical labour rates of around £160 per hour. 2 people came out to do a one person job to bump up costs and they spent 2.5 hours on the job. The job was to look at our dripping but fully working shower. When they tampered with the shower, water began pouring out and they capped it off leaving us without a working shower going into the weekend. The other job was to replace a sink trap, they got a £20 part from screwfix and charged us over £110 in parts and conveniently could never provide us with a receipt. The sink trap wasnt even fitted correctly, looked a mess and wasnt straight and water wouldn’t drain from the sink. On top of ruining the only two jobs they had, they were swearing at each other in front of my 4 year old and refused to leave the doorstep until they forced my female partner to pay the £560 there and then. Strange way to do business but thankfully the bank sided with us and rightly gave us all of our money back which was certainly needed as we had to pay another plumber to come out and correct their work. Get a trusted plumber guys, someone who comes recommended and who knows how to do the job at a decent price and in a shorter timescale. We got off lightly but others wont. If you get overcharged wrongly by a company then contact your bank
