Unsafe and poorly managed centre I strongly advise against placing your children in this childcare centre. While some staff are capable and caring, the overall practices are deeply concerning. Serious incidents occurred, including a child being used to clean their own vomit, another being dragged, and my own child going missing and ending up in a garden shed—all without notification. Additionally, an employee's violent child was repeatedly allowed to disrupt younger classes, including with non-verbal toddlers like my daughter, which jeopardized their safety. My children frequently returned home with unexplained scratches and bruises. Management refused accountability despite raising concerns with both the centre and higher-level leadership. We ultimately withdrew our children, who sadly were left traumatized by these experiences.
