A moment to pause
Melanie’s softness, supportive and empathetic nature makes her sessions truly relaxing. For someone who can struggle to ‘switch off’, I have found Melanie’s sessions have allowed me to do just that, and have been a space to focus on me (and not feel guilty for doing so). I’d highly recommend Melanie for anyone considering reaching out, you won’t be disappointed, you’ll only wish you’d got in touch sooner. Everyone needs a moment to pause.
