I had been thinking about getting SMP for a few years. In finally did some detailed research into clinics and practitioners and I choose Simon at Brandwood Clinic for my SMP treatment.
I travelled from Ireland to Birmingham on 4 occasions so I had to be confident in the service.
Simon's professionalism and approachability was great. He took the time to explain the entire process clearly, and his creativity really showed in designing a hairline that looked completely natural and suited my features perfectly.
At each session, Simon talked through exactly what he was doing, which I really appreciated. His attention to detail in matching and blending the pigment colour with my existing hair was top notch — the result looks very natural.
Simon provided great aftercare advice on maintaining the shaved look was practical and genuinely useful.
