Not helpful at all
They are a very unhelpful company. We booked a stay at a hotel in Cancun. It was booked at the wrong hotel and once we realized it, we were told they could not change the booking. No one would transfer us to a manager or when they "tried" the manager was always too busy. Besides the fact that it took 5 phone calls to get someone to call us back and not just send an automated reply email. Because of their inability or desire to help use we needed to rebook at the correct hotel. We will not receive a refund of any sort, so we basically threw away the money we spent on the hotel reservation through Traveluro. Do not use this booking site they are not helpful or easily contacted. Also, when we rebooked to the correct hotel, we got a better price that what Traveluro gave us.
