RUN, DON'T BOOK!!
Reserved a car for my son to pick up at VCE. Flight arrived late, he was at the B Rent counter approximately 25 minutes after the pre arranged pick up time and they had already given out his car. This company is a joke, will NEVER use again and will NEVER recommend!!
