SCAM
I ordered tires from Next Tires through Affirm credit. Until now, I have never had an issue with Affirm. I have managed to always pay my debt in good standing. I recently decided to purchase tires through Affirm. I received the tires with no problem, however, I miscalculated and ordered a size that I was told would not fit my vehicle. I attempted to call the company 30 times, left 3 voicemails, and one email and neither was responded to. I even realized that they blocked my cell number. I began to get a ‘this number is not in service’ message, yet, when I called from the work phone, it went through. I simply wanted to request a refund or exchange that any reputable company should be able to offer. The fact that they are not even responding shows that this is a shady business that is trying to get over on people. I am not paying out-of-pocket to ship my order. A legitimate company would have reached out to me in a timely manner with some type of resolution to solve my problem. What kind of business takes customers’ money and then offers no resolution or assistance when the customer has an issue…apparently Next Tires. It is not fair that I should have to pay for merchandise that I have attempted to exchange.
