Outstanding log supplier, very friendly and reliable. They provide various types of top quality and nice sized hardwood that is kiln dried not just 'seasoned'.
A couple of years ago we used 'seasoned' wood provided by a good friend in our new Charlton and Jenrick log burner and almost ruined it..... there was just too much moisture still in the wood and the moving parts on the baffle had rusted solid. After a bit of a bun fight with C&J they replaced the parts free of charge as a goodwill gesture. Lesson learned, we now only use certified kiln dried wood from Southampton Logs and have not had a problem since. Highly recommended.
