Unprofessional
This is a very unprofessional company. They are slow at shipping meds, blame the vet for not giving RX (when they did 2 times). My vet has said she has nothing but problems with this company. At the time of writing my dogs life saving heart medication, is still being held up over 2 weeks after it was supposed to ship. I have called 2 separate times to get my dogs meds shipped and was promised they would ship next day... they have not. I will be switching pharmacies after this debacle and it's not even the first time this has happened with them.
