DO NOT BOOK THIS VALET COMPANY I left my jeep at the holiday blue carpark (Dublin Airport) and on my return 4 days later I was absolutely appalled to see the finished full valet which cost me €115. I was expecting to land home to a gleaming vehicle. The front windscreen (on the inside) was not cleaned at all. There were dirty spots and dust on the dash, bits of dust along the cracks between dash & gear-stick. My 5 year old daughter would've done a better job. When I contacted the company the following day, I requested a refund or even a part-refund. Pat said that was not possible and offered me a credit note for another Valet the next time I was in the airport. I will not be taking up this offer. Another thing I learned is that they drive the cars (from holiday blue carpark) back to the airport to clean them. If I had known this prior I wouldn't have been comfortable with it. I booked this valet for the sake of handiness as my regular valet company usually want my car for a full day & thought this would be so handy to come home to a clean car, unfortunately not with Crystal Valet. AVOID and get it done properly elsewhere.
