Worst park for kids
Had a very bad experience with Wetpark Adventure Lagoon
Nakipag communicate naman ako sa Fb page nila and even had an advance booking. Gagamitin sana ang Adventure Pass from Mcdo but sadly di namin nagamit.
They only mentioned na redemption is limited to 2 voucher per family and doesn't say anything about the voucher's name and terms. I have 2 vouchers under my name na gagamitin sana namin nang 2 kids ko and my sister for the other adult pero they refused us using both voucher kasi daw sakin naka name parehas and it was NON TRANSFERRABLE.
Vouchers are FOR KIDS and I don't understand why it should be named sa sister ko para magamit parehas when Mcdo Adventure pass is clearly FOR KIDS. I hate to say this pero parang tagapagmana ang staff at baka ikalugi nila na mag admit nang isang adult for the voucher na good naman for 1 adult and 1 kid.
Sabi pa nang Staff, dapat daw sa mga kids ko ipinangalan ang Voucher pero sa terms need nang valid ID to redeem. Wala pa naman valid Id ang mga kids 😆
Sayang ang pagpunta namin and umasa pa mga kids ko for this.
P.S they also mentioned about the redemption limitation na 2 voucher per family is good for Father, Mother and 2 kids. So paano ang single mom? Hahaha
