Avoid the stress and heartache and go with another moving company I wish I had seen more honest reviews before trusting PSS International Removals with our family's move from London to Brisbane in January 2024. They just passed us off to their insurance people, who offered us such a low amount compared to what we lost. We even had professional cleaners come to assess the mould damage, but PSS and their insurers wouldn't cover the cleaning costs.
