Do NOT use this company. I would give zero stars if I could.
I booked a pickup time of 12:30 PM, which was clearly stated on our confirmation. I also provided our flight information, and our flight arrived at 11:30 AM. Despite the scheduled pickup time, the driver arrived when our flight landed and then, at 12:30 PM, sent a message stating that he had already waited an hour and was leaving.
We provided a screenshot of the confirmation showing the 12:30 PM pickup time, but the driver refused to acknowledge the mistake. Instead, he implied that we were being unreasonable for expecting him to wait and stated that he had other rides to give.
As a result, we were charged for the service and left stranded, forced to find alternative transportation. This was an extremely frustrating experience and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
