STAY AWAY!!!
BUYER BEWARE! I purchased the night aligners. When I got to Steps 8/9, they were clearly ill-fitting, which AlignerCo agreed that they were. I had to go through the entire process of impressions and waiting on a new set of aligners. Second set I get to Steps 8/9 and they are clearly ill-fitting again. Any question you have or email you send, be prepared to wait 1-3 days for a response that doesn’t even make sense and they will keep requesting additional pictures of your teeth. I’ve already been told via email that Yes those aligners are ill-fitting and then the next email tells me it’s a good fit and I just have to wear it longer. The aligners are actually creating spaces between my teeth that were not there before. I finally got connected with a resolution specialist who just keeps reading from a script and telling me to use chewies, which I have the entire time. He tells me to wear certain steps for longer, which I already have. He also tells me that they already give me a FREE readjustment – a second set of aligners that don’t fit – a lot of good that does me. They advertise the night aligners take 6-8 months to straighten teeth. I’m already a year in the process with no to negative results. What a waste of time! Stay away!!
