Very disappointing experience
I placed Order #29947 on September 12 and paid €170 in full. Weeks later, I still haven't received my order, and the tracking provided shows no meaningful delivery progress.
Communication has been poor, and I have had to repeatedly contact them just to find out what is happening.
Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience so far.
