I was charged full amount twice ! Well i was charged full amount prepayment(minus insurance) for 8 days of rental then once at Budget counter, i was again charged for the 8 days ! I tried many ways both with Car Rental 8 AND Budget to get a due refund without success. These two companies are just juggling with their customers and are blaming each other for the problem. Conclusion: i paid twice the regular asked amount. AVOID
