CUSTOM MECHANICAL DOESN'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITS MISTAKES When the long cold snap in EARLY February froze discharged water from our attic HVAC unit, which caused it to shut down and left us without heat, their tech improvised a way to discharge water into our plumbing to avoid another freeze-up. Our heat came back on. Their technician answered our calls promptly and did their best. Unfortunately, the improvised solution caused a leak that damaged drywall in a bathroom directly below the attic HVAC unit. I have called CM multiple times asking for a manager to get the cost of the drywall repair covered. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE CALL BACK FROM ANYONE AT CUSTOM MECHANICAL ABOUT THE DRYWALL REPAIR in almost two months since this happened. No further comment necessary.
