Starlink Installation Techs, you rock! I cannot say enough great things about Startlink Installation Techs! I reside in a very rural area in Central Florida where there is only one local installer. Our installer was away for the holidays and was not scheduled to return until January 5th. Unfortunately, our Starlink GEN2 stopped working and a new GEN3 needed to be installed, leaving us without internet. This happened just as I was closing out the year for our business and exactly four days before New Year's Eve (I was expecting 42 guests at my house for a party!). Grant was able to find an installer who could come that Sunday and also arranged for the installation supplies to be delivered that same day. The installer, William ("Bill"), was only about an hour away and stayed in touch with me until FedEx delivered the supplies. FedEx delivered very late in the day, but that did not stop Bill from coming. By the time he arrived, we were almost losing daylight, yet that did not deter him from climbing onto our very high roof and making sure the GEN3 was fully installed and up and running. I truly could not have done this without Grant's and Bill's help. If you need Starlink installed or repaired, no matter where you are located, do not hesitate to contact Starlink Installation Techs.
