Avoid using this company, they damage property and take no responsibility Absolutely appalling company, they damaged our company property on leaving site due to incompetent and neglect from there driver. The failed to let us know they were coming to collect the skip which was a prearranged agreement, and once the damage was caused, the driver just drove off without even stopping to inform us or appoligise. we only know it was themselves due to the cctv footage. when contacting them, we sent them all the cctv footage ect, and was told by the owner/director that they will sort out the issue. instead, we get an email the next day, saying there legal team have told them, they are not liable due to us signing there contract! Altho they actually broke there own contract. We are now pursuing legal action altho this is turning out to be a very slow process. As they stopped responding to us and clearly don't wish to solve the issue any other way. Please just becareful if using this company! Personally we won't be using them again and will be advising other people and buisness the same.
