Tighter risk management more disciplined drawdown control greater patience during difficult periods, and a clearer understanding of what my actual edge looks like under professional conditions. The payouts have been the financial reward for those habits but the habits themselves are the thing that will outlast any single firm and this one deserves full credit for demanding them from me at a standard I could not talk my way around.
