Grandpa Luc's review Made the switch to Smokes Canada due to their pricing. Just received my first order and had found some Quality Control issues with the packaging, reported my concerns at 3 am (early riser) and received a response within 15 minutes with a follow up and hopefully a resolution during normal business hours. The staff is courteous and helpful, hopefully my issue will have been resolved when I receive my next order in January. Smokes Canada has my recommendation!
