Support and managers The overall experience was average. Support and managers were polite, but response times could definitely be better in some situations. That said, one thing worth highlighting is the analytics department. Clients working with personal specialists often mention the effectiveness of their guidance, individual trading strategies, and more personalized approach. The platform has potential, but there’s still room for improvement overall.
