Unprofessional and unreliable service I had a terrible experience with their immigration services. Communication was extremely slow, and they failed to address critical issues in my case on time, only notifying me about a missing document days before my appointment and charging an extra 500 PLN for it. They also made serious mistakes in my application, including an incorrect reason for stay. Despite acknowledging their poor service, they refused a refund and kept my money “on deposit.” I had to hire a qualified lawyer to repair the damage they caused. Avoid them if you value your time and money.
