Raising my level of consciousness Through Michael's teaching on raising our level of consciousness; I was really able to grasp all the things I was doing wrong and becoming encouraged to change certain aspects of me as well as my way of thinking. I also came to realize that I needed to be more loving towards myself and committed to wanting to make the necessary changes towards becoming all I am created to be. Through my willingness to grow and learn and to expand my way of thinking; I was able to slowly renew my way of thinking. Transmuting my past hurts and pains I have learned what it is like and how it feels for the first time to liberate myself on the inside and freeing myself on the outside. In so doing I reached a level of ascension as well.
