Mari's communication throughout the entire process was great, making everything seamless from the initial quote to the final clean-up. The team was incredibly professional, taking extra care to protect my floors and stairs while working in the house, and finished the project with everything spotless. I also have peace of mind that the water damage (from a previous contractor's insufficient installation) was identified and now corrected.
