Misleading promises and lost money
I had an extremely disappointing experience. I lost over $14,000 after being promised that I could withdraw my money if I paid broker fees and capital gains taxes. Despite paying all the required fees, I still cannot access my funds. They initially claimed the money would be transferred to my bank account but now insist I need to open a wallet due to the amount involved (around $25,000). This company has shown no transparency, and I feel misled at every step.
