Outstanding trip to Italy My husband and I highly recommend Ciao Tours! We had a 3 week trip to Italy in April/May 2026, and it was amazing! Rachelle’s expertise helping us plan the trip was so much appreciated. The trip truly was a dream come true for us. She listened to our interests and needs and planned a trip that suited us well. Farzam’s communication leading up to the trip was efficient and informative. Claudia’s support while we were in Italy was truly outstanding. It was so nice to hear from her each day with the details of where to meet our guides or drivers as well as her tips for tips for the train trips. All of our private guides were excellent, and we learned so much from them. They were friendly, warm, intelligent and tailored the experiences for us. The accommodations were all perfect—in both location, amenities and service. We could not have asked for better service or support while we were on our trip. We traveled to the Puglia region, Rome, Florence, Cinque Terre, Tuscany and Venice. We definitely would use Ciao Tours to plan another trip in the future!
