I tried multiple times to contact them, and it took a lot of time. The person responsible for answering emails avoids certain questions, and when we ask for reassurance on certain points, they stop responding. The responses lack professionalism and can sometimes be arrogant. My donor area is weak, and I was warned by many clinics to be careful not to overharvest. The doctor offered me 6,000 grafts for $6,000 and wouldn’t respond when I said I wanted reassurance because other clinics didn’t want to damage my head. The doctor didn’t care and said that if he messed up, he would refund me some amount... Very reassuring... I asked to speak to him directly and have him explain how he would succeed despite my weak donor area, but they stopped responding again. When I said I wanted to proceed, they started responding again. They don’t care about your emotions, your concerns, or your worries. I wrote to them one last time asking them to convince me that it was a good idea, and Doga replied, 'Okay, I’ll cancel your appointment.' But why don’t you try to reassure me and explain how you won’t damage my donor area instead?
