Disappointing performance and billing
The courtroom performance was very disappointing. The attorney failed to counter false accusations, leaving us feeling unsupported at a crucial moment. On top of that, the billing process was terrible—no clear cost estimate was provided, and we ended up spending $23,000 with no satisfactory outcome. It felt like a financial drain with little to show for it.
