Do NOT order! I was warned, but I tried it anyway. Ordered in February 2025. Website says allow 15 bus days to ship. Long story short, a ton of emails back and forth (no phone number to call) and 4 months later, I asked for a refund which I never got. JM told me to file a dispute with my bank, so I did. My bank has put the $ in my account while they try to resolve. It finally showed shipped after all that and i got excited. Never got the package. Called my post office and they said they duplicated tracking numbers. My package was received at some other address, go figure. AND customer service is rude. Never in my life have I ever been through such a fiasco! Absolutely absurd and totally unprofessional.
